1. Initial Phone Call  - We will cover your goals, your timeline, discuss the general process for getting started and if it’s a fit, schedule your Strategic Home Search Consultation.
2. Strategic Home Search Consultation - In about 60 minutes, we will cover your goals in detail, discuss your wants and needs in a home, and talk about financing and down payments. We will also discuss inspections, review the actual purchase contract and other legal paperwork, and assess important market stats.
3. Next Steps - This is the fun part!  We will start to tour different homes!  You will be receiving automated alerts when a home matching your criteria comes on the market.  In addition to this, with my extensive connections - we will find out about off-market opportunities.  And don’t worry if you have a difficult schedule - I will work on getting you into the homes during the day, evenings and even on Saturday and Sunday!
